Jeff joined the Board of Payroll Metrics as Chairman in 2021, after having advised Greg and Sandra through a strategic review and subsequent investment by Ashoka Capital. Jeff spent thirteen years at Australian private equity firm Archer Capital in Sydney, where he was a Partner and a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to that, Jeff worked for four years at Citigroup in Investment Banking, across the Sydney, Hong Kong and Beijing offices. He has also had stints in the Strategy division of Unilever Australasia, and in the Growth Solutions division of Deloitte.
Greg has a long and distinguished career in payroll, during which he has developed and successfully put to market three payroll software solutions.
In 2013, Greg lead an experienced team of developers and subject matter experts and created Payroll Metrics.

Following a long Career in the rail industry, Sandra created her own consultancy business.
Alongside Greg, Sandra founded Payroll Metrics in 2013.
Sandra provides leadership and expertise in the financial and commercial aspects of the business.
Margaret has been with Payroll Metrics since its inception, having previously developed numerous payroll software systems in Australia since 1988.
As Head of Development Margaret is responsible for all aspects of the design architecture, security and performance of our software solutions.
